Ambassador Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 23 August 2026 · Last updated 23 August 2026
Preamble: Our Mission & The Ambassador's Pledge
SimplyBlood is dedicated to saving lives through free, voluntary, and transparent blood donation. As a SimplyBlood Ambassador, you are entrusted with leadership, elevated privileges, and sacred community trust. Blood is a gift of life — it must never be commercialized, compromised, or exploited. By accepting this role, you pledge to protect donors, empower patients, and maintain zero tolerance against fraudulent practices and the illegal blood trade.
1. Role, Privileges & Responsibilities
1.1 Community Group Leadership (Local Radius Admin)
- Local Cluster Management: You are granted Admin rights for your designated geographical radius. Nearby donors and seekers within this zone are linked to your community hub.
- Community Broadcasts & Awareness: You have the authority to publish official blood donation drives, urgent broadcast alerts, educational resources, and community awareness updates.
- Respectful Engagement: Broadcasts must remain strictly relevant to blood donation, patient emergency support, and donor felicitation. No political, commercial, promotional, or unrelated messaging is permitted.
1.2 Blood Request Oversight & Fulfillment Support
- Priority Request Raising: You have elevated permissions to raise blood requests on behalf of critical patients, emergency wards, and verified community members.
- Active Case Tracking: You can monitor active blood requests within your radius to coordinate with nearby donors, bridge communication gaps, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Verification Duty: You are expected to exercise due diligence and verify the genuine nature of emergency cases (hospital details, blood requirement, contact person) before broadcasting or escalating.
1.3 High-Priority Moderation & Reporting
- Elevated Priority Flagging: Reports submitted by Ambassadors regarding suspicious activities, abusive behavior, or fake requests are escalated directly to the SimplyBlood Trust & Safety Review Board.
- Responsible Moderation: You must use this reporting authority objectively, factually, and without personal bias or vindictiveness.
2. Zero Tolerance: Anti-Fraud, Anti-Mafia & Commercialization
2.1 Strict Ban on Financial Transactions
- Zero Commercial Exchange: Voluntary blood donation is 100% free. You must NEVER ask for, accept, solicit, or facilitate any form of money, commission, token fee, gift, or compensation from patients, families, or donors.
- Anti-Blood Mafia Enforcement: Any attempt to collaborate with blood brokers, middle-men, paid replacement rings, or unauthorized blood agents will lead to:
- Immediate and permanent termination of Ambassador status.
- Permanent device and identity ban on SimplyBlood.
- Formal criminal complaint lodged with law enforcement and health authorities under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act / National Blood Safety Regulations.
2.2 Data Privacy & Confidentiality
- Protection of Patient & Donor Data: You will have visibility into sensitive patient requirements and donor contact channels. You agree NEVER to export, screenshot, leak, sell, or distribute donor/patient phone numbers, names, or medical records outside the official app workflow.
- No Third-Party Database Building: Using SimplyBlood data to build external WhatsApp/Telegram lists or commercial marketing databases is strictly prohibited.
3. Ambassador Standards of Conduct
| Rule | Expected Behavior | Violation |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency Integrity | Only escalate and mark requests as critical when verified with medical records / hospital confirmation. | Raising misleading or dummy requests to manipulate leaderboard or stats. |
| Neutrality & Respect | Treat all community members equally regardless of religion, caste, gender, or background. | Discrimination or favoritism in request fulfillment or community chat. |
| Platform Transparency | Keep all communication and status updates recorded inside the SimplyBlood system. | Taking coordination off-record to evade moderation or accountability. |
| Account Security | Maintain sole control of your Ambassador account. Never share login credentials / OTPs. | Allowing unauthorized third parties to operate your admin dashboard. |
4. Revocation, Audits & Legal Undertaking
- Continuous Auditing: Ambassador activity, request-to-fulfillment ratios, reports generated, and community feedback are subject to continuous algorithmic and manual audits.
- Discretionary Revocation: SimplyBlood reserves the right to suspend, downgrade, or revoke Ambassador status at any time if standard operating procedures are breached.
- Legal Undertaking: By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that you are acting as an independent voluntary community leader, and you assume full moral and legal responsibility for maintaining ethical standards within your community cluster.
