For Donors (The Life-Savers)
- Be Responsive: Only accept a request if you are genuinely able to travel to the hospital within the requested timeframe.
- Update Your Status: Use the “On the Way” and “Donated” buttons to keep the seeker and the community network informed.
- Safety First: Always follow the medical advice of the healthcare professionals at the donation site.
For Seekers (The Emergency Responders)
- Act Fast, Stay Professional: Use the 1-tap chat/call feature for coordination only.
- Close the Loop: Once your requirement is met, mark the request as “Fulfilled” so donors can move on to other emergencies.
- Respect Privacy: Do not share a donor's contact details outside of the Simply Blood platform.
For Ambassadors & Communities
- Verify and Flag: Help maintain the network's integrity by flagging suspicious or duplicate requests in your District Tab.
- Celebrate Impact: Share your “My Forest” success stories to inspire others in your local community.
